Shipping policy

We are selling a customization SERVICE. Within this cost, we have included a sourcing fee for the item being ordered.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges, all sales on made to order hence are final. For any expedited shipping, please reach out to us to inquire about this service.

By agreeing to these terms & conditions and placing an order, you are in a binding agreement with us. Once we have processed your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We reserve the right not to confirm your order in the event we could not verify your information or the stock level was incorrect at the time of your order.

Customs, taxes, and duties are not our responsibility. If you choose to decline receipt of your package, you will be responsible for any additional shipping, taxes, duties and/or customs charges incurred for the return shipment. Because many of these items are vintage, some pieces may show varying degrees of wear and distressing.

DUST OF GODS Miami Boutique is not responsible for lost shipments and stolen packages and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier. DUST OF GODS Toronto Boutique is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply, or for any consequent delays that may occur.
